Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Embedded Developer to join our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to the development of new embedded software as part of a collaborative team.
• Deliver high-quality, well-structured code in C, focusing on event-driven state machines and low-level drivers for hardware peripherals.
• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software functionality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to peers.
• Collaborate with the team and the IP department to generate new Intellectual Property where possible.

What You Bring:

• More than 5 years of experience as an embedded software developer.
• Proven ability to quickly get up to speed and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Expertise in C programming and debugging of embedded systems, including JTAG.
• Hands-on experience with ARM microcontrollers, such as STM32 or similar.
• Experience with bare-metal and/or RTOS environments.
• Knowledge of bootloaders and familiarity with development tools like GCC, Make, Lint, and Doxygen.
• Proficiency in software testing, including unit testing, integration-level testing, automated testing, and static code analysis.
• Experience with JIRA and GIT for task and code management.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol is a plus.
• Experience in the medical device industry or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably in computer science.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
