As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in our growing marketing team, of 16 rock stars. We are entering an exciting phase as we’re scaling up our partner program, aiming to further expand our market presence through partners. You will be responsible for effectively communicating our new program and its value to the market. You will work together with the partner ecosystem to plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives and cooperate with key partners to develop joint marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working with partner sales, enablement teams, Product Marketing Managers, and Regional Marketing Managers to ensure that everything aligns with our ambitious growth goals. This role reports to Head of Product Marketing.

• Collaborate with key partners to develop joint marketing that aligns with business objectives and target audience needs.

• Create compelling marketing collateral, including co-branded materials, case studies, and sales enablement resources, to support partner-driven campaigns.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner marketing inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Nurture partners through regular communication and proactive engagement.

• Convert product launches into shining business opportunities for partners.

• Work hand-in-hand with our Product and Partner teams to hit business targets and make marketing magic happen!

You are a creative thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for building mutually beneficial relationships. You have good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. With a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, you excel at executing marketing initiatives. You are passionate about marketing, and always on the lookout for new trends and inspiration to stay ahead of the curve.

Skills & Background

• Experience working in partner marketing or a similar field.

• Five years of marketing experience, preferably within B2B/SaaS.

• Track record of successfully executing co-marketing campaigns and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

• It’s beneficial if you have experience from working in HubSpot and Salesforce.

• Proficiency in planning and executing marketing activities such as product- and content marketing.

• Passionate about marketing, always on the lookout for new trends and inspiration to stay ahead of the curve.
