Job Opportunity: Software Engineer

Location: Remote, with on-site meetings in Malmö once a month.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our clients small, dynamic team. In this role, you will balance responsibilities between development and testing (50/50), so a strong background in both areas is crucial. If you have at least 7 years of experience in software engineering, along with expertise in Angular and NodeJS, this could be an excellent opportunity for you!

You will be working on a critical portal used by coworkers across the company, which integrates user-friendly tools, quick links, and important company news. Your role will require both technical excellence and a keen eye for visual quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing and development efforts for both front-end and back-end components.
• Develop features using Angular and NodeJS.
• Maintain high standards of technical and visual quality.
• Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering.
• Deep understanding of test methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Angular (front-end) and NodeJS (back-end).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP), databases (PostgreSQL), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
