Dafo Vehicle is a leading supplier of fire extinguishing systems for, among others, OEM customers of heavy vehicles, with assembly and service capacity around Sweden, Finland and a large global market. Today, we have more than 110 employees and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and the business is characterized by personal commitment, speed, responsiveness and professionalism.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the Forestry & Agriculture segment, our customers are both OEMs, operators and end users. We are expanding in both segments.

In your role, you are the dedicated Business Manager who is responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with existing customers, but also active in finding new ones. You will be supporting our distributors. There will be a combination of management and business development, negotiating and making offers. All in order to be able to meet customers' current and future needs even better.

Your location is flexible. It is beneficial if you have experience in the Forestry and Agriculture segments. You will work together with the segment manager and other colleagues from the sales team. For the right person, there are good opportunities to continue to develop and, in the long term, gain increased overall responsibility.

ABOUT YOU

  • You are an experienced negotiator who makes things happen and has an aptitude for making contacts and maintaining relationships with both customers and colleagues on a professional level. Your driving force is to do business and see the business grow and you find it easy to drive your own development while you are a good team member. You have the willingness to set and achieve clearly set goals.
  • You have analytical skills, are business-minded and structured and enjoy finding new business opportunities. You succeed in creating trust and have good insight into what you can promise based on the company's delivery capacity.
  • You have a genuine interest in the technical products and services we sell. In return, you become a valued person both for your customers and for your colleagues, because you are the person who best understands what the customer needs.
  • You have an education, preferably in engineering or business administration. Strong ability to communicate, be able to establish and understand business agreements and submit documentation at a high level in English. Other languages such as German and/or French are highly meritorious.
  • The role requires a driver's license.
