One of our corporate counsels will be on parental leave in 2025 and Epiroc AB is therefore looking for an international business lawyer to serve as a part of the Group Legal team in Stockholm in the interim period (six-nine months) with start 1th of April 2025. You will be serving Epiroc’s global organization with legal advice related to the businesses in which the Epiroc Group is operating. The position will be located at Epiroc Group Center in Sickla. Your team The Epiroc Group Legal team consists of seven lawyers based in Sweden, China, US, Canada and Kazakhstan together with the Head of Group Compliance and Group Risk & Insurance. Your mission  In this role you will provide legal advice in a variety of areas in order to allocate risk creating commercially viable solutions. The focus will be to review agreements, facilitate and giving advice on business transactions regarding sales, service, rental, purchase, distribution, software, joint development, IPR, confidentiality, financing, real estate purchase and lease. You will report directly to the SVP General Counsel. Location and travel This position is located in Sickla, Stockholm. Occasional travel may be required. Your profile  We see that you have 7-10 years of experience of M&A and general corporate commercial issues from a law firm and in-house legal positions. You have experience from working in an international environment and within different legal areas. As a person you are a solution and business-oriented team player with a practical approach. You are service minded and have a high integrity. Interest in and understanding of technical matters is an advantage. Fluent in English and Swedish. University degree in law, preferably Swedish.
