The Group Operations unit (GOPS) is dedicated to delivering excellence in processes, systems, insights, value enhancements, and cost-efficient shared services across all Optinova units. Our focus spans five key functional areas: Quality & Compliance, Operations Systems, Logistics, Sustainability, and Project Management.

Logistics Manager EMEA works in GOPS/Logistics function that is responsible for delivery models, trade compliance and managing finished goods stocks and transshipments outside factories.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate deliveries from distribution warehouses and hubs
• Coordinate import and export
• Stock replenishment
• Finished goods stock management
• Manage logistics partners, including contracting, SLA follow-up and operational coordination

Required experience and education:

• Previous hands-on experience on Optinova products and delivery operations in Europe
• Work experience on logistics, transportation, stock planning, purchase order processing, using ERP system, supplier contracting and SLA reviews, supplier auditing and EU export/import practices
• MSc level studies on logistics / supply Chain Management
