We are seeking a dedicated Order Specialist to ensure efficient order execution and customer satisfaction from clean orders to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee order execution from sales order to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Act as the primary contact for Customer Care Center (CCC) for outgoing flows and customers for incoming flows
• Manage Open Order Portfolio, proactively ensuring a high service level and resolving errors and delays
• Handle urgencies, critical requests, and provide special attention to VIP customer orders
• Manage customer complaints, prevent escalations, and handle timely resolutions
• Participate in customer visits to understand logistics solution needs and expectations
• Build, update, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) with CCC and customers
• Manage returns and raise Master Data requests if required
• Lead the Allocation Management process and ensure synchronization with SIOP leaders
• Oversee export management, including customs documentation and export control operations
• Monitor Performance KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and actively participate in improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Proven experience in order management or supply chain operations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle urgencies and critical requests effectively
• Experience with export management and customs regulations is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis
