We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Product and System Influence: Drive improvements in product robustness, testability, and maintainability during the concept and construction phases.
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to achieving high operational availability and reduced life cycle costs for our products and systems.
• Project Leadership: Lead a team of up to 10 individuals to produce maintenance analyses, customer documentation, and training programs across multiple projects.
• Customized Solutions: Develop and support customer-adapted maintenance solutions and ongoing aftermarket contracts.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Plan and coordinate with various business areas, including project management, purchasing, and system/subsystem development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with customers, end users, and subcontractors, which may involve both domestic and international travel.

What You Bring:

• Educational Background: Degree in engineering or a relevant technical field, or equivalent experience from the armed forces.
• Experience: Proven track record in project management, with a strong interest in technology.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Additional Expertise (Preferred): Experience with maintenance analyses, reliability and failure mode analyses, and familiarity with tools such as OPUS Suite, LSAR, Windchill Quality Solutions (Relex), JIRA, and Antura. Knowledge of ILS standards is also advantageous.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ability to meet and maintain safety protection regulations as required.
