As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of projects and programs within allocated budget and timeline, ensuring the use of adequate project management methodologies, tools and techniques. What you'll do: In this role, you will manage small to medium size projects and/or small programs. Your responsibilities will include management of all aspects of the project (scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks). You will ensure all activities are aligned with the business goals and organizational values. You will provide regular updates and report to senior leadership and involved collaborators. You will also handle third party vendor statements of work, including, negotiating deliverables, acceptance criteria and cost. Essential Skills/Experience: - Bachelor's degree (technical or business) - At least one formal certification/training on project management methodologies - Experience managing all the project typical areas (scope, budget, risk, resources and quality) - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills - Extensive experience working in global organizations - Broad experience managing small to medium end-to-end projects - Proven experience managing demanding deadlines and stakeholders - Experience leading IT projects (platform integrations, infrastructure, IT/OT, etc.) - Prior experience working in manufacturing, supply chain and quality domains - Good communication skills - Conflict management and negotiation skills - Experience setting up governance and/or processes from scratch - Experience supporting technical teams in their way to shaping immature demands into structured or introducing new technologies or scaling existent solutions - Experience managing third-party vendors, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and expectations Desirable skills and experiences: - Master's degree - Experience managing large projects - Experience working in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry - Familiarity with GxP environments - Experience with Data Historians, MES, OT systems When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
