The Experience Marketing Specialist will build and contribute to a deep understanding of our brand and product target audiences while ensuring that new products and services solve real consumer problems.

In this role he or she will be responsible for supporting the Experience Marketing Manager/s of Wellbeing & SDA in growing and developing the categories globally to drive conversion and purchase intent.

He or she will also co-lead and support the end-to-end Commercial Launch process for assigned projects, working across functions and geographies to deliver compelling launch materials and then following up with markets on execution.


A Typical Day

· Work closely with Experience Marketing Manager/s and cross-functional stakeholders on selected category projects to support a deep understanding of our Target Audiences that drives product and messaging development.

· Work closely with the Experience Marketing Manager/s & Insight team to understand consumer journey and shopper behaviour to develop assets that deliver specific consumer needs.

· Support the Experience Marketing Manager/s in managing elements of large-scale projects.

· Support the creation of brief for marketing materials development.

· Work together with Experience Marketing Manager/s to secure launch excellence towards target audiences.

· Project manage the Commercial Launch process for selected projects, ensuring that high quality launch deliverables are available for markets on-time and in full.

· Catalogue all relevant product and content information the Business Area Content Library.

· Collaborate with Marketing Operation team and appointed agencies to manage content and content development.

· Ensure local execution aligns to the Electrolux brand guidelines and that countries are utilizing content that is provided in an effective way.

· Represent the Experience Marketing team in discussions relating to new product development.

· Work closely with the local market teams to ensure content is being developed to support local requirements.

· Together with the Experience Marketing Manager, share best practices, identifying opportunities to drive synergy and scale globally across markets.

Skill Requirements

· University degree in Marketing or related area.

· 3+ year’s professional experience in consumer-driven companies in either product, marketing or business development functions with proven results.

· Team player with strong communication skills

· Strong project management skills

· Strong time management and ability to work across different time zone on occasions as required.

· Ability to manage different stakeholders

· Fluent in English (oral & written)
