About our 96000 Safe Vehicle Automation We are a Unit within R&D with around ~650 employees with a purpose to Ensure Safe, Controlled & Efficient Mobility. Guided by our new vision Zero Collisions we shall secure leadership within Active Safety, where unsupervised driving is our final step. In addition we should deliver a world class Vehicle Motion experience and best in class Protective Safety, enabled by a future usage of our new improved platform capabilities. We recognize all partners’ contributions in the overall delivery to create an engaging and collaborative climate cross borders, where the relation with Zenseact stands out as extra important for our future success.  We are now looking for a Unit Program Manager Safe Vehicle Automation You will have an important role in our ability to deliver a world-class Active Safety and AD experience, Vehicle Motion experience and best in class Protective Safety. As a UPM, Unit Program Manager you are the driver for the deliverables and releases from the Unit and the main interface to Vehicle Programs. You will be responsible: * for all deliveries/releases to the specific Program/Cluster/s with regards to time and cost within content * to create and maintain a Delivery/Release Plan for the specific Program/Cluster/s * for status reporting (internal and external R&D) for specific Program/Cluster/s You plan and synchronize deliveries cross-functionally and solve, escalate and track impediments You work with unit management, Architects, RTEs/SMs/PMs and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment within your cluster Requirements As a person you are forward-leaning, collaborative, pro-active, with a clear focus to deliver the most capable and balanced product to the market.
