Scope:

During the Construction Phase the Integration Manager will undertake the following scope, including all services required to successfully deliver the respective project:

• Single POC for MSFT regional ITIM; responsible for co-ordination and reporting on the planning and execution of the Integration and Beneficial Use requirements.

• In co-operation with the MSFT Construction PM and Regional H&S Manager, Lead and champion MSFTs Health and Safety standards and High-Risk Activity (HRA) planning compliance on site.

• Responsible for management and reporting of the planning and execution status

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Construction Project Management and or equivalent Telecom experience.

• 7 + years’ experience in Telecommunication construction related project management.

• Must have Client or Contractor side onsite Datacenter construction or management experience.

• Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience managing large scale enterprise projects with both localized and virtual teams.

• RCDD or equivalent technical accreditation preferred.

• BICSI RCDD or similar Telecommunications Design/Installation experience.

• English Language skills - Strong verbal and written communication

• MS Office Proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) MS Visio Proficiency, MS Project Proficiency
