The Opportunity:

Air traffic is doubling every 15 years growing at a rate of 4.4% annually. There is a 50% capacity shortage expected by 2035 in half of the worlds airports if nothing changes, utimately meaning that 237 mn passengers will not be able to fly in 2035.

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team at the Malmö office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product development and managing the entire lifecycle from concept to delivery. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals and prioritize the product backlog. As the main point of contact for stakeholders, you'll provide updates on product progress and performance while supporting market research and competitive analysis. By overseeing projects and facilitating agile ceremonies, you’ll ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your focus on data-driven decisions and product optimization will play a key role in enhancing our innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in most of these areas, but if you check some of the boxes you are also welcome to apply:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role in embedded software development.
• Strong understanding of embedded systems, including hardware-software integration.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about product development.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion
