For our client we are looking for a Sales Manager that will work with closing sales of offerings, ensuring that both individual and team sales targets are met, and supporting growth in your designated customer segment.

Data Platforms empower businesses by optimizing their data, generating insights, and delivering value-added services. Whether supporting B2B or B2C operations, data-driven solutions help customers improve their operations and create exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead direct sales efforts targeting key customers with defined products, services, or solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while managing the sales funnel from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create opportunities
  • Handle multiple sales processes simultaneously.
  • Achieve sales targets in sales and bidding processes

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the IT or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with Customer Experience Management and a solid grasp of modern sales techniques.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple sales cycles efficiently.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

To Excel in This Role, You Should Have:

  • A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT landscape and experience in selling IT solutions.
  • Expertise in Customer Experience Management and an ability to apply this knowledge to optimize sales processes.
  • A strong sales drive and an ability to handle large customer meetings, respond to tenders, and foster customer development

Preferred Background:

  • A visionary sales profile with a deep understanding of value chains.
  • Experience with Billing and Invoice solutions, covering the entire value chain.
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to command authority and credibility in diverse environments.

Allocation: 100%

Assignment start date: Fall 2024

Location: Stockholm, onsite at least 3 days per week.

Language: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Competence level: 2 - 8 years of experience preferably.
