Technical Installation Supervision &
Contractor Management:
Supervise installation of process equipment by suppliers to ensure compliance to schedule, quality and safety.
Resolve any technical/engineering issues and escalate where necessary.
Site Coordination:
Coordinate activities with other interfacing groups within NV and contractors with overlapping works
HSE &
Risk Management:
Actively manage HSE and risk, implementing safety measures and quality standards throughout installation.
Communication:
Lead and minute daily toolbox meetings, weekly progress meetings, and internal coordination meetings.
Work with Planner/Scheduler to keep integrated schedule up to date and report on progress.
Escalate issues in the field where appropriate through clear and concise communications, and where required issue non-compliance reports and follow up on resolution.
Installation Handover:
Develop comprehensive completions plan for equipment installation and facilitate a smooth handover to commissioning team
Background Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering / electrical engineering, or similar, or extensive relevant work experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with installing, commissioning and/or troubleshooting process/manufacturing equipment
Excellent English written and oral skills, fluency in other languages is a plus (Mandarin, Korean)
