Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

  • Lead and coach cross-functional teams in accordance with lean-agile methodologies and principles.
  • Collaborate closely with the project manager and product owner to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.
  • Take ownership alongside the agile teams for timely and quality project deliveries.
  • Ensure technical solutions align with both current and future needs in the education sector.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement within teams.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for resolving impediments and guiding teams through complex technical and organizational challenges.

What You Bring:

  • Certification as a Scrum Master and a deep understanding of Scrum frameworks.
  • Proven experience in both traditional and lean-agile project management, with several years as a Scrum Master.
  • Extensive experience in leading Scrum processes within large-scale development projects in complex organizations, particularly where IT aligns with business needs.
  • Expertise with lean-agile tools and methodologies and translating these into effective, real-world applications for teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, tools, and languages to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to make decisive actions and guide teams towards successful outcomes.
  • Ability to motivate and drive agile transformation, ensuring teams are aligned with lean-agile principles.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to step in and steer teams where necessary.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
