This role involves driving data and AI transformation with a balanced central-federated approach, enhancing our data foundation for effective usage. You'll foster a purpose-driven culture to achieve Volvo Cars' goals while ensuring data integrity, security, ethics, and compliance.  Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data, analytics, and AI capabilities throughout the business domains to integrate data insights into decision-making business processes. Ensure data and AI integrity, security, ethics and compliance as part of driving policies and principles together with other business functions. Mentor, coach, and inspire the central and data hub teams to execute on data transformation by improving the data foundation and take full advantage of analytics, and AI.
