Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Develop and standardize contracts, appendices, and templates to support procurement activities.
• Lead the negotiation and administration of change orders, ensuring alignment with contract terms.
• Act as the primary point of contact between Procurement and Project Controls, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
• Oversee the administration of contracts through to final acceptance and final accounts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
• Establish and implement routines and procedures for efficient contract administration.
• Draft and manage contractual letters and other essential documentation.

What You Bring:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract management.
• BSc or MSc degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with General Conditions of Contract for Building, Civil Engineering Works, Building Services, and electrical/mechanical equipment and installations (e.g., AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09).
• Knowledge of Swedish (Scandinavian) procurement procedures, with preference for experience in Swedish construction or industrial sites.
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience. Other qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
• Experience with general contract administration and standard forms of contract.
• Proficiency in English.
