As a Business Analyst, you work closely with our customers, who are public companies and larger companies, which operate in an international context. You work in the borderland between IT and business. You enjoy being at the heart of things, get the right things to happen and are good at creating collaboration and relations. You will work in an advisory role where you analyse the customer's current situation to understand the business's needs and transform these into IT requirements.

As a Business Analyst, you will run workshops and map processes, formulate and define technical and business requirements and then design and visualize the future IT solution. You become the link between the customer and the development team and ensure that the team identifies and delivers a competitive solution that is in line with the customer's expectations.

As a person, you are communicative, structured and have a great drive to develop. You are curious about new technology, happy to take your own initiatives and enjoy working in teams where you share your knowledge. You have an interest in getting to know businesses and have an ability to quickly gain an understanding of different organizations. You are constantly focused on improvement and working agile.

Responsibilities

· Engage with the customers stakeholders to identify and develop new strategies

· Communicate and implement strategies alongside technical team

· Identify and solve weaknesses within the organisation

· Explore new ways to increase customer or client satisfaction

· Translate business requirements into IT applications requirement specifications

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirement Manager or Project Manager

· Ability to meet and exceed strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to engage with developer audiences as well as C-level IT and business leaders.

· Strong analytical skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Fluent in English

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
