Your role and responsibilities
We at ABB are currently seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to step in as a parental leave substitute from October 2024 until the end of 2025, ensuring our business continues to thrive during this period.
Your scope will be as HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the division Energy Industries Sweden, with 35 managers and about 260 employees. This organization is on a growth journey where the HRBP has a great possibility to contribute and navigate with the relevant field to lead the organization to success.
The beauty of this role is that you will get to collaborate with managers at different levels of the organization, who are located all around Sweden; from Umeå to Malmö. In this role you will be a strategic partner to our people leaders as well as support and coach them in everyday HR topics. You will be responsible for local union negotiations and support leaders with creating superior employee experience. You will also be part of the HR team in the business area Process Automation while reporting to the Local Division Manager for Energy Industries.
