Native / Fluent in Norwegian (verbal and written), with a good command of English
Strong customer orientation (previous customer service experience is advantageous)
Available to work shifts (International Call Centre)

Respond to customer enquiries via chats, calls, social media queries & emails
Provide customers with product and service information
