Mölnlycke is now looking for a Global Process Development Manager ORS with focus on change management to accomplish cost efficiency and optimization in work processes.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the Operating Room Solution (ORS) Supply Chain Management team and represent ORS Supply chain in assigned governance forums.

To be successful in this position you need to have a good understanding for the business and the dynamics within supply chain. You need to be driven and a self starter to make things happen! To be able to accomplish change you need to have excellent stakeholder management skills, to be solution orientation and to have leadership skills.

About the job

This role acts on a global level and interacts with many stakeholders in both markets and at the headquarters. You'll play a crucial role in accomplish change in leading the process development and supply chain analytics team. In this job you’ll identify and set process improvements for cross functional processes spanning from R&D, procurement, factory, supply chain and markets to ensure we work efficiently and utilise available tools in best possible way.

You’ll create project/process improvement road map, prioritise & coordinate initiatives and lead and drive ORS Supply Chain digitalisation road map incl. RPA roadmap. You’ll anchor plan with key stakeholders in ORS & Global function and lead process improvements initiatives and act as PM and you'll set KPI’s to evaluate process efficiencies before and after improvements are made.

Also, you’ll identify, set up and coordinate training and upskilling programs for the ORS Supply Chain team in order to ensure the team has the right capabilities and skills to perform at their best. You’ll work with key piers from manufacturing & R&D to set, coordinate and drive global project list.

You’ll actively participate in ORS Supply Chain Leadership Team to ensure improved understanding of process improvement potential and digitalization.

You'll report to Global Vice President Supply Chain & Procurement and ORS.

These are the main accountabilities for this position

  • Identify & drive process efficiency for cross functional processes within ORS
  • Coordinate process improvement with key stakeholders
  • Own ORS Supply chain digitalisation road map
  • Own capability development road map for the function
  • Lead and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Project Manager for strategic projects

What you’ll need

This role is complex and demanding and at the same tim exciting! Therefor we would like you to have this capabilities, qualifications and experience:

  • Education level in Business and or technical degree
  • +10 years working experience from supply chain/purchasing/sourcing
  • +5 years’ experience from medical device industry preferably
  • In depth understanding of procurement & supply chain processes
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership and preferably also remote leadership experience
  • Experience from training development
  • High proficiency in English language - additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive to ensure execution
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, well organised and structured
  • Stakeholder Management skills and commercially minded
  • Understanding of medical device industry and cultural sensitivity
  • Lean six sigma training skills
