We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Pega Developer to join our Consumer Finance team at Nordea! About this opportunity Meet the Consumer Finance team. Our role is to build new online applications for our customers to allow buying our banking products, like credit cards or small loans, from home. Since the start of the pandemic, the demand has increased, and we are now expanding our team. What you’ll be doing: * Develop new features and work in PEGA. * Act as a SME and support for less experienced colleagues. * Perform regular code reviews and support other developers. * Cooperate daily with other roles like QAs, BAs, PMs and POs. * Participate in Agile ceremonies (we use SAFe approach). To succeed in this role, we believe that you have: * Minimum 4 years of professional PEGA experience. * You need to possess at least LSA but ideal candidate would have SSA certification. * Experience in solutioning and architecting applications. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
