Through cross-functional collaboration, we're pushing the boundaries of engineering development.  You And Your Skills We are looking for an experienced software engineering manager, who has previous experience from building and leading software engineering teams that deliver high quality CI/CD flows. In addition, experience or understanding of model-based design and C/C++ would be appreciated. To be successful in the role you have a university degree in Engineering Management or similar and relevant experience. The majority of your time will be spent on managing a development team, hiring, compensation, and employee career development. In addition, you will be leading strategically necessary cross-functional work, align goals and objectives of your team across the organization and focus on delivering the outcomes.  You have a passion for transforming and developing continuous flows, architecture, and best practices. It’s important that you love to interact with development teams to understand their needs and product missions, and with servant leadership and a strong technical foundation you strive to create a fast and fun developer experience.  What you will do •    Grow and reshape teams with highly talented engineers. •    Mentor and coach individual engineers and teams as well as removing obstacles in their way to deliver software at scale and speed. •    Lead and develop technology strategy in your domain together with your stakeholders and partners to make sure the architecture and strategy enable the product vision. •    Drive and nurture collaboration, diversity, and engagement. •    Advocate and advance a modern software development, operation, and engineering practices. •    Always find ways to learn and continuously improve our products and practices.
