A Snapshot of Your Day As Commercial Sales Manager you will , together with your technical counterpart, be responsible for selling our Gas Services equipment with a focus on Middle East. You will play a key role, be a part of a capture team in large & complex projects that require cross-regional cooperation. The position will cover different market segments within a wide portfolio of products that we as a company bring to the energy sector. How You'll Make an Impact * Drive, coordinate and prepare all relevant commercial activities within sales and proposal process in cooperation with technical sales, proposals, legal-, tax-, financing- and export control * Commercial sales advisory to the regional Hub / Business Development organization in early development phase of projects * Support in creating and implementing the commercial offer strategy together with the bidding team * Understanding customer requirements, evaluation methods and criteria as well as commercial conditions and respective pricing strategies * Delivering solutions best meeting customer needs, including developing new business and financial models to enable projects * Timely preparation of commercial part of bid as well as negotiation with customer and eventual partner in accordance with the applicable guidelines and in coordination with the relevant departments * Participating in the project pricing process by interfacing with the sales and proposal teams * Preparing and verifying sales calculations * Ensure transfer of all relevant documents and information to project execution in case of contract award. What You Bring * Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent professional accreditation * Fluent in English * International experience from a global corporation is a merit. * Experience in commercial sales or commercial project management in an international business environment * Knowledge of project calculations, project financing, insurance, taxes and duties, export control as well as international contract law * Resilience, patience and flexibility to succeed under challenging market conditions * Eager to travel to different countries in view of project opportunities and customer meetings / negotiations * Strong networking ability and communications skills, entrepreneurial, relationship builder, both internally as well as externally * Eager and curious to learn, actively seek feedback impulses from inside and outside the organization * Knowledge about MS-office as well as other relevant IT-tools Offer and application: This is a consultancy assignment set to begin as soon as possible. You will be employed by Jefferson Wells but will work on-site at our customer in Finspång.
