Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Electrical, Instrument & Automation Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead and supervise the assembly and installation of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation technologies, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and technicians, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee that all installations meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process, ensuring minimal disruptions and maintaining project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, inspections, and any deviations from plans, reporting regularly to project management.
  • Adapt to various conditions, including potential barrack living, and the demands of working in the Kiruna/Gällivare region.

What you bring:

  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and automation, with hands-on experience in assembly and installation.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to project goals.
  • Proficiency in Swedish, with the ability to effectively communicate with local teams and contractors.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards.
  • Willingness to work in challenging environments, including the possibility of living in barracks, with a flexible and resilient attitude.
