Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – ERP Implementation to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Provide fact-based analysis of the business and digital environment using information from diverse resources and channels.
• Drive the MVP mindset across the team, helping define minimum value and user-testable outputs.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating needs into functional ERP requirements.
• Utilize data modeling practices to analyze findings and produce documentation to support project efforts.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with multiple partners and stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Support the team in problem-solving, prioritization, and managing trade-offs.
• Conduct product demos, end-user training, and facilitate workshops to ensure successful adoption.
• Engage in business process modeling related to the new D365 solution and the client’s system landscape.
• Design VAS-specific processes and procedures for finance.
• Map TO-BE business flows and define roles and responsibilities.
• Support planning for the 2025 scope to expand the ERP.
• Conduct impact analysis for Hyperion replacement and design the MVP for the go-live solution, ensuring fiduciary responsibilities are met.

What You Bring:

• Several years of experience in a similar role, with strong business analytic skills, including requirements engineering.
• Experience working with finance-supporting applications and a thorough understanding of core finance business processes.
• Proficiency in tools for managing backlogs, requirements, and workshops, such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent presentation, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, with professional-level verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and the automotive industry is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and well-organized, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment.
