About the role

Our R&D team, comprised of over 80 talented specialists across our Stockholm and Helsingborg sites, is expanding, and we’re looking for a Test and Verification Engineer to join us. In this role, you will conduct lab tests and measurements essential for the product development of heat pumps, including setting up and operating heat pumps under various conditions.

Our lab handles a wide range of tests, including refrigeration performance, electrical testing, functional system tests, and mechanical evaluations. You will actively participate in all phases of our product development projects.

What you will be doing

• Conduct tests on products and components, including the hydraulic and electrical setup of heat pumps.

• Analyze measurement data and compile detailed test reports.

• Stay current with the latest best practices in hardware and software testing.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop test cases and procedures.

What we are looking for

• Experience working in a laboratory or test facility.

• Proven experience in testing hardware products.

• Familiarity with heat pumps and electronics is a plus.

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, such as those for heat pumps, tap water, LVD, and/or EMC.
