Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead our platform's evolution as we embark on a significant digital transformation journey. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in architecting complex Salesforce environments, particularly within Sales and Service Clouds, and a deep understanding of platform capabilities to support a growing user base of over 450 users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute the overall Salesforce architecture strategy, aligning with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Clouds.
• Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, and security to support a growing user base.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across the Salesforce platform.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce product releases and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex Salesforce issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution.

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and custom development.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Proficient in Salesforce integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of mentoring and leading technical teams.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
