Your Contribution:

As our CFO you will be a key player, overseeing the company’s financial functions, ensuring accurate monthly reporting, lead and develop the finance department. You will also maintaining strong relationships with banks,driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

You will also:

• Be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, and tax declarations.
• Lead the finance department, ensuring compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Manage liquidity planning and preparing the annual option program.

We look beyond your resume, but we think you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering with relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent skills in spreadsheet and presentation tools.
• Fluent Swedish and English .

• Is result-oriented, communicative, and patient.
• Enjoys structure and driving work forward with great personal responsibility.
