Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support and maintain the observability stack used by application teams to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with application teams to integrate and optimize observability tools in line with agile and scrum principles.
• Engage in both development and operational tasks, including participating in on-call rotations (once every 5 weeks).
• Manage and enhance shared DevOps toolchains at an enterprise scale.
• Promote modern DevOps practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of developer experience.

What you bring:

• Proven experience with cloud-native observability tools such as ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, InfluxData, and Azure Monitor.
• Strong hands-on experience with problem-solving and debugging.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to actively engage with stakeholders and team members.
• Familiarity with product-oriented organizations and a focus on Team Objectives and OKRs.
• Tech-savvy, self-driven, and outcome-oriented with a *-as-code mentality.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on enterprise-scale developer experience and micro-service architecture.
• Expertise in monitoring and alerting systems, including ElasticStack, InfluxData, and Grafana.
• Proficient in scripting and automation, with experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python.
• Experience working closely with application teams to integrate observability tools into the software development life cycle.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Proficiency in Git Version Control.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
