PRIMARY DUTIES AND WORK ACTIVITIES:

•Reviews existing processes and documented information and works on creating new ones in cooperation with process holders both on the construction site and factory

•Creates and reviews ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) and ICLs (Inspection checklists for installation activities on the construction site

•Verifies changes, including deviations

•Manages and reports non-conformances and corrective actions

•Ensuring that benchmarks, written standards and/or samples of the required levels of quality are established at the outset of any new activity and communicated to and understood by the Field Supervision

•Monitoring and tracking the progress of Quality Control during construction

• Ensures that all documented information is updated, in accordance with the work process and requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001: 2015 / ISO 45001: 2018 standards / ISO 13485

•Makes suggestions for improvement of non-conformities resulting from internal and external checks

•Monitors the implementation of defined corrective measures and provides support in their implementation

•Participates in the planning and implementation of internal audits, as well as external audits and third-party checks

•Conducts employee education on all aspects of the quality system and compliance with procedures

•Plans measures to improve the quality management system

•Assesses potential risks, ensures compliance with standards and makes recommendations for improvements

•Performs other activities in the field of expertise at the request of the direct manager, director and top management

•Respects all measures in the field of safety and health at work, fire protection, environmental protection

•Reports on potentially unsafe situations (occupational safety, environmental protection, product safety)

•Takes care of assigned work equipment and other equipment owned by the company and it provides the conditions to remove the elements that can lead to its damage

•The employee is obliged to keep his workplace tidy

•The employee is obliged to keep all business information strictly confidential

RESPONSIBILITIES :

•Responsible for the high-quality, timely and efficient execution of the tasks listed in the Basic work tasks and work activities section

•Regularly monitors all information published on the bulletin board and implements it in the area of his/her competence

•The employee is obliged to apply the adopted Code of Conduct and dress code at the workplace

•The employee is responsible for compliance with measures and conditions from Safety and health at work, fire protection, environmental protection
