This position reports to IS Service Owner.

Your role and responsibilities

The primary role of the ERP IS Business analyst is to support the global organization in our respective areas to gather, analyze and manage business requirements and translate to implementation specifications of small enhancements or big projects. Together with the business stakeholders, proactively develop, improve and maintain the business process and bridge the gap between the technical environment (SAP) and the business.

You will work in an international team and communicate in English on daily basis.

• Defines and drives ERP (SAP) process solutions, including documentation and harmonization of processes between multiple country ERP sites.

• Aligns the process solutions with process owners and management/ stakeholders, collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing user and business requirements.

• Understands the related business processes in detail and applies this knowledge to shape and align solution/service building and deliver activities.

• Partners with stakeholders to qualify and prioritize demand.

• Recommends delivery of business processes/projects, supporting IS systems/projects, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and/or operational functionality in line with the business strategy.

• Provides guidance or support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice on solutions.

• Work in an international team and communicate in English on daily basis.

Qualifications for the role

  • 3-5 years of working experience within relevant area
  • Mandatory knowledge within SAP SD and MM module mainly, but also experience in PP and QM modules.
  • Mandatory experience of Business Connections between applications (e.g. API, Biz Talk, MuleSoft etc.)
  • Project management skills
  • Actively driving roadmaps and the related projects and maintenance tasks
  • Experience with managing virtual teams, drive projects, understanding of demands of large and globally distributed organizations.
  • Fluent skills in writing and doing discussions in English
