KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the overall management of QC, including process monitoring, inspection management, personnel management, gap analysis, efficiency improvement and training management.
• Responsible for developing, reviewing, and approving documents and reports related to quality control and improvement.
• Responsible for the handling of deviation and unexpected situations and countermeasures to prevent them from occurring.
• Responsible for conducting regular quality analysis seminars and responsible for requiring relevant departments to conduct cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating quality control processes, introducing advanced automated testing equipment and management of continuous improvement.
• Responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet quality system and customer requirements.

Job competence requirements

• To lead and manage the quality control team and ensure that all products manufactured by the company meet established quality standards.
• To help maintain a culture of quality within the organization.
• Speaking, reading and writing English and Chinese is preferred.
