Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Manager Talent Acquisition. In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Analyse the hiring needs of the Business Unit and craft tailored recruitment strategies. Consider the use of new sourcing channels, engagement tools, and candidate attraction methods.
Set clear objectives for the team and each individual aligned with BU and broader business goals. Regularly review these goals with your team to ensure alignment and adjust based on performance data as needed.
Ensure your team collects and analyses recruitment data on status and effectiveness to optimize processes and report effectively to senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
Work closely with central Employer Branding and marketing to ensure that the employer brand is attractive and consistent across all channels. Localize branding efforts to appeal to the targeted talent pool e.g. local campaigns, fairs, and other initiatives.
Responsible for overseeing all staffing of hiring projects in your team and making sure the work is evenly distributed.
