We are looking for a dedicated Quality Compliance Auditor to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our Quality Compliance team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality of the products that we produce and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.

About the job

Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, you'll lead audits, and ensure that all aspects of production and quality management adhere to regulatory standards, industry specifications, and internal quality control protocols. Your role involves maintaining and enhancing product/ process quality, safety, and compliance within the manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct VDA 6.3 process audit, VDA 6.5 product audit, TecSa audits, ISO 9001 audit and IATF 16949 audits and ensure quality control procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Communicate audit findings, compliance status, and forward recommendations to relevant stakeholders and communicate regulatory requirements to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  • Review and maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and compliance documentation and recommend implementing best practices to enhance overall product quality and compliance.
  • Make sure the integration of the conformity of production (COP) process throughout the Business Unit, aligning with industry norms and customer requisites.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, environmental compliance, and conformity of production, contributing insights to the Quality Compliance Manager.

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • A relevant academic degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in relation to quality auditing, compliance or similar roles, preferably within a dynamic manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience working in chemical manufacturing or a process driven industry.
  • Proven knowledge of relevant Quality and Compliance standards, specifically VDA 6.3, 6.5, but also ISO 9001 (experience in IATF 16949 preferred).
  • Strong knowledge and/or experience in risk evaluation and investigation methodologies.
  • Excellent English written and oral skills
