About the RoleAs a Business Value Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring and improving the effectiveness of our IT service delivery and helping the organization implement innovative and cost-efficient solutions that support business objectives, and technical roadmaps.About You

• To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• You should also have experience in generating, driving, defining, and shaping business technology leads in line with the customers' digital strategy.
• You are a skilled networker with excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, and you enjoy building long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• You have experience working in an international context with stakeholders at the executive and operational levels.
• You have a service-oriented attitude, a humble approach, and exceptional interpersonal skills. You are bold, curious, and ready to take charge, with an entrepreneurial yet commercial mindset.
• Experience in project management, business analysis, and a deep understanding of technology, service delivery, and digitalization will be highly valuable. If this role aligns with your career goals and you meet the requirements, we strongly encourage you to apply.
