Your expertise in talent acquisition will be the driving force behind mentoring and supporting hiring managers, enhancing their recruitment capabilities, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end process. As a pivotal member of our team, you will contribute to bringing our overarching P&O strategy to life You’ll make an impact by * Taking end-to-end responsibility for the recruiting process and executing the Talent Acquisition strategy. * Positioning Siemens as an "Employer of Choice" and ensuring high-quality service delivery. * Delivering hires for roles that require advanced search and sourcing expertise. * Driving development within recruitment and talent acquisition, including mentoring and upskilling hiring managers. * Staying updated on labor market trends, competitors, and recruiting intelligence to maintain industry insight. * Supporting business needs in collaboration with Business Partners, including setting up onboarding strategies and contributing to organizational development and succession planning. Your success will be grounded by * Holding a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a passion for talent acquisition and at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. * Demonstrating proven expertise in sourcing and networking with candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and being certified in personality and ability assessment tools. * Showing enthusiasm for working with people, being caring, approachable, and patient, with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels. * Possessing excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and English. * Bringing curiosity and a genuine eagerness to learn and try new things, with an advantage if you have experience from a global corporation.
