As a Business Architect at Resurs, you will use your expertise to ensure alignment between business and engineering and help making sure our IT landscape follows the business strategy.Get an idea of the role

Your main task is to help describe current and future business together with different stakeholders and facilitate the development of business architecture models e.g. process maps, capability models, information models etc. Using these models you will analyse business strategy to describe how it affects the business architecture, and help assess the impact on the technology architecture. You will aslo:

• Help scope initiatives and changes based on the business architecture.
• Be responsible for business architecture representations in the enterprise architecture repository.
• Ensure coherence in the description of architecturally significant business requirements in architectural artifacts by managing templates, provding examples etc.
• Coach other architects and co-workers in using and developing the business architecture.
• Participate in architecture governance and represent business architecture perspective in different architecture boards.

On a personal level

To succeed in the role we believe you have:

• 5+ years experience from working as a business architect
• Experience from the finance industry
• Good facilitation and communication skills
• Extensive knowledge in different ways of describing business architecture
• Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks e.g. TOGAF
• Experience from relevant reference models e.g. BIAN.
