Who You Are:

As a Program Manager at ECARX, you will be at the forefront of leading and coordinating extensive technical projects within the cloud services and connectivity domain with both European and Chinese stakeholders. Your role will involve not only managing contractual and commercial negotiations but also ensuring seamless communication across various stakeholders.

This critical position requires a strategic thinker who can efficiently allocate resources to fulfill advanced project deliverables while aligning technical teams with broader business objectives. You'll need to possess strong leadership skills and have the capability for Autonomous Execution, especially in scenarios where team support may be limited.

Preferred Experience:

• Extensive leadership experience in client relationships and cloud and connectivity environments.
• Robust understanding of business development within the vehicle telematics domain.
• Demonstrated capability in managing large-scale, technology-driven projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and integrate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication skills, adept in both technical dialogue and strategic discussions.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and detail-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in using advanced project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in contract and commercial negotiations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• Supplier and Delivery Management: Capable of managing supplier engagements and ensuring compliant delivery management from procurement to integration.
• Progress Reporting: Proficient in documentation and updating stakeholders on project status, resource use, and risk management.
• Autonomous Execution: Able to independently drive and execute projects effectively, especially in situations where team support is limited.
