As a Hardware Support Engineer, you will be responsible to ensure all the installations in Sweden are being done within the timelines specified in the project plan. In addition to the installation activities, you will also be responsible to manage the Hardware KPIs for all the existing and new sites to ensure 99% hardware uptime to the customers.

Requirements

● Responsible for coordination of Installation and Commissioning activities at new sites.

● Coordinate with 3 rd part vendors for getting quotes for installation activities likebarcodes marking, pasting, MSUs/MXUs assemblies, PPS (pick put station) assemblies, charger assemblies, etc.

● Audit the site to ensure the site requirements are met regarding floor layout, WiFi, Ranger induction, barcode validation, etc.

● Work with 3 rd party vendors to ensure all the installation activities are progressing as per the project plan timelines.

● Coordinate with supply chain to ensure material is received on site as per the required BOM, highlight shortages, ensure all the assembly documents, SOPs, drawings are available for assembly.

● Work with respective site project manager to provide updates on the overall installation progress as per plan.

● Should ensure all relevant site-specific technical documentation as well as documentation regarding new product lines/or features are accurately captured from sites and shared within the team.

● Responsible for creating and monitoring hardware components across sites.

● Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients.

● Delivering the periodic maintenance services.

● Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives. ● Report near misses, incidents, and other opportunities for improvement.

● Work at customer sites to implement hardware ECNs (which include addition, removal or modification of HW) on the products.

● Coordination with the HW support team for Firmware deployments in the GO products at customer sites.

● Remain available as needed for crisis management (after-hours work occasionally required)

● Willingness to travel and working on extended hours on need basis

● Should follow all SOPs and deploy the products as per specifications and within the stipulated timelines

● Should follow all commissioning procedures post installation and accurately record detailed commissioning results

● Should follow handover process post commissioning to transfer ownership to the Client Service team

● Should assist in the signing of commissioning certificate by the Client post-handover, by ensuring handover completion and closure of any open issues

● Should maintain detailed records of installation & commissioning activities and provide feedback to all internal stakeholders for continuous improvement through I&C Manager

● Should always follow all safety standards and guidelines as per EHS during site installation & commissioning

● Can provide a basic level of training to Technicians and Customer as required.


Minimum Qualifications

● Graduate in Computer Science / Electronics / Mechanical with 10-15 years’ experience.

● Strong experience in building a Robotics, managing customer satisfaction

● Experience in working with cross functional cross geo teams in a multi-cultural environment
