Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Master Data Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

  • Plan and lead the development of the Master Data Management (MDM) operating model, including strategy, governance, organization, processes, services, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with program workstreams and various business units to understand their master data requirements.
  • Coordinate efficient end-to-end master data processes, focusing on enterprise-wide data such as Product, Commercial, Sourcing, and Finance.
  • Develop a framework to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of master data across SAP modules and related systems.
  • Ensure data quality and compliance with quality standards and business rules.
  • Coordinate with the Migration team to ensure accurate transfer of master data during system implementation.
  • Support both future and interim master data processes, working closely with other relevant workstreams and projects.
  • Provide master data services support to the program.
  • Collaborate closely with internal staff, project teams, and external vendors.
  • Foster a positive, enjoyable, and solution-oriented work environment.
  • Report to the data stream lead as part of the program data stream.

What You Bring:

  • 6-8 years of project management experience in business transformation projects.
  • Proven experience in leading and driving teams, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
  • Experience in ERP implementation projects and change management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives related to organizational change and new ways of working.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in enterprise-wide master data management.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
  • Relevant knowledge of both business and IT organizations.
  • A good understanding of processes and concepts within the manufacturing industry, preferably within the process industry.
