Who You Are:

You are eager to lead and develop supply chain and fulfilment processes in close collaboration with the countries contributing to happier customers and profitable growth. You have a customer-centric approach and the ability to create impact and improvements of the business. Leveraging your Supply Chain experience and competence together with your communication and collaboration skills, you create effective relationships across the organization and involve relevant stakeholders in order to make things happen. You are inspired by developing business through people and capable to navigate in multicultural, interdependent and matrix environments. The analytical skills are well developed, and you can easily translate business and customer needs into development initiatives. Finally, you are of course a true role model for the IKEA culture and values.

To be qualified in this role, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience and proven performance in logistics/commercial/supply chain on both operational and tactical level. You have the ability to influence and lead in a matrix organization. You have previous experience of supply chain and have acquired strong analytical, organizational, and change management skills. You have consistently delivered projects & processes on either Market, National or Global level. You are fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.

You have knowledge in the following:

• The IKEA business model and processes.

• Supply chain & customer fulfillment.

• Stakeholder management.

• Leading projects and processes on either Market, National or Global level.

• Good change management and leading in the unknown/exploring.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Group Supply Integration Leader, you are responsible for securing the agreed availability goals for the different fulfilment units. You deliver results by developing, co-creating and enabling correct ways of working together with the countries. Enabling the right way of working with Demand, Need, Supply & Order Management. Enabling and supporting growth and a great customer experience. Furthermore, you will be responsible for assessing, identifying, and securing development of needed working methods and digital capabilities.

You will contribute in implementing global routines, systems solutions and ways of working together with partners in the Supply Chain, Customer Fulfilment, and other Retail Areas. You will contribute in leading and work closely with the Country Replenishment teams.

This role is based in Malmö. You will report to Group Supply Integration Manager.
