Your roleTo our client Envirotainer, we are now seeking an Investigation Engineer. As an Investigation Engineer, you will conduct investigations on incoming cases, implement improvement measures, and generate quality reports. You will update the complaint system and maintain daily internal and external communication. It is advantageous if you have performed quality work and investigations for troubleshooting, worked with PowerBI, Sales Force, or written reports in English. A requirement for the position is that you understand Office 365 and Excel. As a person, we would like you to be driven, analytical in your work, open, and proactive.
