Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager who prioritizes safety above all and thrives on teamwork.

Role context:

You will be based in Kungälv and will report directly to the Manager of Projects.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of a project, from the early feasibility (FEL1) stages to the execution phase. This includes overseeing quality, schedule, cost, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). You will also help build strong relationships within the team and with our customers in the petrochemical industry.

You’ll be:

• Leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ensuring quality deliverables within scope (time, quality, cost).
• Ensuring project financial performance.
• Managing risks and changes.
• Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Supporting business development initiatives.

You’ll have:

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
• Strong teamwork skills
• Experience as a Project Manager in the process industry (Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Energy)
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• Familiarity with time schedules, progress reporting and S-curves
