Tjänstebeskrivning Repair Solutions is searching for a new material- and procurement planner to strengthen our strategic focus within our IGT business. Repair Solutions as a business Area where established in spring 2022 and includes both IGT and Parts Repair. The IGT side mainly focuses on overhaul and service of Gas Turbines in different locations in the world. In this role you will have a strategic focus to secure the material need for our engines. You will be a key person in setting the plan and forecast for coming repairs. Compare possibilities, analyzing statistic and weigh in different aspect depending on what’s best for our business seen to cost, lead time and inventory levels. As a part of this you will create the procurement specification, specify what parts and which quantity that we need to buy. You will work closely with our team, the technical team and operators. Besides internal contacts, a part of securing our material need includes building strong relationships with our external suppliers. Key responsibilities: - Strategic focus regarding material need - Inventory levels - Forecast planning - Manage changes in demand connected to our material need - Participate in production planning to secure production availability - Internal and external communication - Ensure the management and resolution of material issues on a day to day basis - Participate in negotiations - Inform the IPT of risk that could affect our deliveries Kvalifikationer Qualifications/Experience/Skills: - High analytical capability - Business Mindset - Skilled in IT tools such as SAP R3, Microsoft Excel, and team site - You are comfortable in taking an individual responsibility as well as being part of a team. - Good communication skills both internally and externally and ability to take lead within tasks - Ability to easily communicate in English, spoken as well as written Låter det intressant?
