Project Manager for EPCm projects.

Role Context:

You will be based in Skellefteå and reporting to the Manager of Projects based in Kungälv.

You possess strong entrepreneurial skills and the ability to build a local team alongside the portfolio manager. Additionally, you should have the technical expertise to transform customer requirements into a clear project plan.

You will oversee projects from the early feasibility (FEL1) stage to the execution phase, handling all contractual relationships between Worley and the customer. You will be accountable for all aspects of the project, encompassing quality, schedule, cost, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). You will play a pivotal role in our green energy and chemical projects and serve as the primary liaison between various engineering teams and our customers.

You'll be:

• Leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Ensuring quality deliverables within scope (time, quality, cost)
• Ensuring project financial performance
• Managing risk and change
• Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Supporting business development initiatives

You’ll have:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the process industry (Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Energy)
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• Experience with time schedules, progress reporting, and S-curves
