You will work closely with your colleagues in client teams focusing on the success of our clients by utilizing the full spectrum of intellectual property rights (IPRs). This structure allows for specialized expertise and tailored services to meet the unique needs of clients.   About the position As a European patent attorney, your primary responsibilities will include strategic advisory to clients, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, client development, oral proceedings, mentoring junior colleagues, and engaging in marketing and sales activities.   Who are you? We seek a solution-oriented team-player, who identifies opportunities, and is willing to take initiative. You should have a positive and non-prestigious approach, be meticulous, and readily assist where needed. We also believe that you are ambitious and motivated by challenges, and that you appreciate having fun  at work together with your colleagues!   You should have a technical background with a Master’s or PhD relevant to one of our patent business areas Software  and Communication, Materials, Mechanics and Manufacturing, Electronics and Applied Physics, or Chemistry and Life Science. Experience as a consultant is essential, and familiarity with either industry or patent office practice is advantageous. To succeed in this role, you should be fluent in business-level English and have at least 3 years of experience in the patent field .
