What you will do As an Assistant Product Manager in the Fleet Cluster in Commercial Digital, your mission is to contribute to the transformation of fleet experiences across the globe in a sustainable way. You will work towards our vision of providing millions of humans and companies the freedom to move, and our mission of providing the world's best omni channel fleet experience. You will collaborate externally with business customers, assisting them to run their business more efficiently, lower costs, reduce environmental impact and increase user satisfaction. Internally, you will work with Volvo Cars and our partners to manage their fleets and maximize the value creation throughout the cars’ lifecycle, ensuring the driver has the best usage experience. What you'll bring We are looking for someone who is motivated to make a difference and contribute to a sustainable world. You should have a good understanding of the fleet industry and the ability to support the transformation of fleet experiences. Your communication skills will aid in collaborating with business customers, and your planning abilities will be used in managing fleets to maximize value creation. A customer-centric approach is key, as is the ability to enhance user happiness and provide the best usage experience for drivers. We believe you should have:  * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. * Leading and driving product strategy as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent for a minimum of 3 years.  * Solid analytical skills for problem-solving and shaping business requirements. * Strategic mindset. * High integrity, proactive approach, and strong action-bias. * Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder collaborations.
