About the Role:
As a Growth & Marketing Automation Specialist at Dedicare, you will take on a senior specialist role with strategic responsibility for driving our marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on increasing awareness, driving leads, and ensuring a high return on marketing investments, mainly through Performance Marketing and Marketing Automation.
In this role you will work toward both the candidate side (B2C) as well as toward the company side (B2B).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Oversight: With a data-driven approach manage and oversee all social media strategies and digital channels, ensuring they align with Dedicare’s growth objectives.
  • Hubspot Expertise: Take ownership of Hubspot, training team members, building workflows, and segmenting target audiences to maximize conversion rates.
  • Campaign Development: Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns to strengthen the Dedicare brand and promote our services.
  • Performance Marketing Ensure high-quality traffic through effective use of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • A/B Testing and Analysis: Conduct A/B tests to optimize digital channels and improve conversion rates. Analyze performance data to inform growth strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to align marketing efforts with overall performance goals and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Consultant Coordination: Manage external consultants in Performance Marketing
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Your Team:
You will be joining a dynamic marketing team of 8+ colleagues working across the Nordics. Our team includes one member in Denmark, three in Norway, and four in Sweden, collaborating from our various offices.
In this role, you will work on all markets and engage with all team members across these regions, improving our methodologies to work data-driven and iterative by fostering cross-market collaboration and synergy.

Qualifications:
  • Education: University degree in marketing, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Experience: Minimum of around 3-5 years in Growth Marketing roles with a strong ability to handle complex tasks independently.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and refine marketing strategies based on insights.
  • Digital Expertise: Advanced knowledge of digital channels (YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to drive growth and achieve common goals.
